Terms & Policy

Booking & Payment

• Advance Booking: Bookings must be made at least 1 week before the event date to ensure proper preparation.
• Reservation Fee: A non-refundable reservation fee of ₱1,000 is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total package price.
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is due upon booking confirmation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 2-3 days before the event.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 6+ Days Notice: Cancellations made 6 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit (excluding the non-refundable reservation fee).
• Within 6 Days: Cancellations made within 6 days of the event will forfeit the entire deposit.

Location & Travel Fees

• Base Location: We are based in Cebu City.
• Out-of-Town Fee: For event locations outside of Cebu City, an additional fee of ₱1,500 applies (e.g., Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Talisay, Minglanilla, Naga, Consolacion).

Dietary & Allergens

We use dairy milk by default in all our beverages.

Non-dairy milk (Oatmilk) is available for an additional charge of ₱20 per cup.
